Any item you view and order is the item you receive this is why we do NOT have a shopping cart. We can never supply the same item twice as each item is competely unique and hand made. If you see an item you are interested in but is marked as sold please contact Ritchiecraft and we can possibly custom make you a similar item

How to Order

• To purchase an item simply complete the on-line form by clicking the button page.
• Once an order has been received it will be marked as pending until payment is received. (Max 7 days)
• If payment is not received within seven days the item will be once again available for sale.
• Items are inclusive of package and posting within the UK mainland only. If you are outside the UK contact Ritchiecraft for postage costs.
• Please email if you are outside the UK mainland for a quote on a particular item.

You can order your hand crafted goods by using one of the following methods:

Complete the order form and upon receipt you will receive a request for payment via Paypal. Once payment is received your goods will be quickly and carefully dispatched. Paypal offers a secure payment method for Credit and Debit cards for your peace of mind.

Cheque / Postal Order
Complete the order form and upon receipt you will receive an email containing payment instructions. Once payment is received (and cheques cleared) your goods will be quickly and carefully dispatched.
